Hey..It's Okay Tuesday

I have been absent in the blogging world and you can tell! Nice to know that literally no one noticed. But its Hey....its okay Tuesday

So its okay

That no one missed me in the blogging world!

That I will more than likely have to have my gallbladder removed soon.

That my daughter does not want to spend 2 weekends in a row with us

That while I was a tad bit intoxicated I let my Mr. Sexy get a cat, I am not a fan of feline critters. And this describes our relation perfectly!

That my blog will never be where I want it. I will never be that professional blogger pulling in tons of money. I have yet to even make $30 this year. But its okay. I do not want to put in the time and effort and especially funds into it that it calls for! Im good at taking a couple of weeks off. You can not do that if you want to be a "professional" blogger. I do not want to follow all those blogger rules and such. I am good to just go with the flow!

What are you okay with this Tuesday??

  1. Haha, but cats rock. I am a cat person though. My husband would love a dog and I say no way.

    1. Think maybe he could get you intoxicated and convince you that you need a dog? Thank you for for stopping by!

  2. I hear ya about being absent from blog world. I've taken months off at a time a few times. It seems to make money you have to be consistent. Go figure. Just write to enjoy it and go from there. Hope the gallbladder turns out ok. I had to have mine out and don't believe what they tell you that it's a quick recovery. It takes months to feel right again. Cute kitty - but then, I like cats.

    1. My mother had hers out as well and keeps telling me its a quick recovery. You just never know! Some people heal fast and some don't. I just have to remember not to pick my son up. I go for an ultrasound Tuesday :-)

  3. I've tried for years to make money. Make money at home. Go to a job and make money. and in the end, it's not easy. not for me I guess. Not now in my life. The at home selling thing is a joke. All these blogs and Etsy shops that you see how much they're making-they must know people to sell to to start. Because every time I tried it I failed. and was stuck with tons of items at the house. Currently my closet holds lots of crocheted hats, blankets, and quilts that never sold :( so I'm with ya. Let's focus on the kids!

    1. Do I relate?? Oh yes I do! I tried the at home selling things. I am a rep for Jewelry in Candles..Still yet but I do not try to sell them anymore. I did not have any luck for months so it makes a person not want to try anymore. I did the paracord bracelet thing. I got a ton of those left. I have thought about setting up a booth as a vendor or something but its so much work. I have an autistic son. I dont have time and no help to do it with my significant other. He thinks he works and does not want to do anything when he is done with that. Do you have an online store?

  4. Professional blogging seems like a lot of work. I would like to be there on day but then I don't think I would be writing for me anymore - and I'm not sure I would like that. I think it's funny you agreed to get a cat while intoxicated. lol

  5. I'm with you on not being a professional blogger- I can't keep up with that sort of schedule! That photo is too funny- I'm not a cat person at all and would likely be making the same face!
